Assistance Request for HTML Tool Issue and Registration Database Query

Dear Support Team,

I am currently working with the HTML tool to create an interactive quiz, but I am encountering an issue. When I try to code the buttons (such as evaluating the quiz answers), nothing happens even though the code appears to be correct. Could you please assist me in resolving this?

Additionally, I would like to know if there are any articles or resources available on how to set up a registration option and login functionality to create a database for user management.

1) For a better understanding, could you please attach a few screenshots or a short video demonstrating this issue? Thank you.

2) Unfortunately, Nicepage does not have a built-in login and registration functionality. We suggest using CMS (WordPress or Joomla) which has this feature. Nicepage supports designing pages and themes for these systems.
