You can not export the full website from Wordpress. But you can try to export one page if it is important. If you have a backup on the desktop, you can do this, make changes in the desktop editor, add a blog make other changes as you want, and then upload finally result in Wordpress.

Will I loose the SEO I made on every page in WP?

Hello,

If you import the content again Nicepage plugin will either upload pages as new pages or replace existing pages. Therefore it is recommended to continue editing pages with the WordPress plugin instead of the desktop app.
But you can edit the theme in the desktop app and reinstall it without content.
You can also add a Blog in WordPress directly. For this add standard Posts in WordPress and then the standard WordPress Blog page to the Menu or Blog element to the Nicepage page.
