My question is also relevent but want to know in bit more depth. Like is there any software or CMS, this platform is offering where multi-langual translational options are also available. I am a developer by myself, but the use of large number of plugins hits the speed optimization process of a website, so I am looking for a software or CMS where these features are auto built.

You can suggest me to use the simple translation tools for this purpose but as my client is offering legal documents translation services, so we need to more secure and should understand the sensitivity of this issue.
