Header picture above menue

Hello out there,
is it possible to create a menue below the header pic, that sicks on top of the page when scrolling down and is it possible to give this menue a choosen transparency 30% or whatever...

Hi Andreas,

Do you mean that you want to have the header with the menu on the bottom of it and when scrolling the menu should be sticky and on the top of the page? That is not possible as you can make only the whole header sticky so it will scroll down as it is.
The transparency effect can be achieved by adding the menu within the Group control that can be set to transparent.
