can i edit blog and post templeate also online in wodrpress plugin or just in desktop installation?

I am also interested in this and I have been searching all the videos and documentation but I have not been able to find any information on how t use Post templates or Blog Template

Hi,

All Theme elements (header, footer, Blog and Post Templates) can be created only in Nicepage Desktop application. As you know Post and Blog templates are the part of the theme that is responsible for the appearance of the pages created in WP. Please, watch this video tutorial: https://nicepage.com/doc/article/2446/

So you can set page look in Nicepage Desktop application and after export Theme and Pages for CMS and import there, you can continue to edit your content with Nicepage plugin.

We need to edit directly from the Plugin, its to complicated to go back and forth all the time, i made changes to the homepage and cant make changes to the blog and post page. This is really a feature that is a must!!

Please note, if you make changes only in theme (in Blog, Post templates, and you need new header and footer) then do it in Desktop and reinstall only the theme in CMS. And it will not affect your content. Just as with another theme.
Header and footer editing has become available with one of the Nicepage Update 1.22 as well.

Hi, is there a way to update the Post Page Template either on the wordpress backend or by uploading certain files or css so that I don't mess up any of the theme as it is now?

Hi,

Unfortunately, you cannot update the theme through the plugin. But if you simply need to make changes to the theme you can make them in the Nicepage Desktop application, then export theme only and install it on your WP website. You can even install it as a new theme. There is no need to reinstall content.

Hi,
another question about blog-post-template:

Is it possible to import only the blog-template (even the post-template) in an existing website based on nicepage?
I have already created many pages in wordpress with the nicepage plugin, but my last attempt to mport the complete template led to the destruction of the entire site.

You can export and reinstall the theme only. The theme includes Header, Footer, and Post/Blog Templates.

Hi,

I have the same issue to get a consistent layout with the blog and posts template in Wordpress.
It is a silly process thing to export again for blog/posts template when you make a change in the page header/footer with the WP plugin

It is the strength of NP to build an entire site with the use of the WP plugin. (or just one time export en build further with the plugin)

It can't be so difficult for the NP team to take care of "header and footer" in blog/posts template with this amazing product?

Maybe in the next update??
