Thanks but:

You say "connect" to my domain.
This sounds as if you would expect me to create a web site hosted by you then connect to my original site hosted on 123-Reg.
I need the site creation and maintenance to be done on my PC then uploaded direct to 123-Reg, not "connected".
This all depends on what you mean using the word "connect".

You can try to recreate your current site using Nicepage.
You would then be able to export/upload it to a third-party host.

Yes, you would be able to export the HTML site and upload on your own hosting. You can also export it directly to your hosting гшытп FTP upload option in the application.
