Ask a Question

I am trying to put the Google Tag coding into a site and I'm reading that the coding goes into a field on the Google tab of the site settings. I'm not quite clear where I"m supposed to paste the code. I did see another article about putting it in the html head section, but when I pasted it there, it said you can't put anything with script in the coding. I always have gone to the coding and manually entered it on every page. Can you clear up my confusion on where to put it in a Nicepage project?

Hello John,

Thanks for contacting us!

For a better understanding, could you please attach a screenshot of your issue?

In case you try to insert the script in Site Settings >> HTML >> Additional Head HTML, please note that you have to delete the first line in the code:

<!-- Google tag (gtag.js) -->

If the problem is something else, please provide us with some screenshots.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
George.
