how can I add external content (e.g. a blog-homepage) to my site. I would like to see my header but the external content.

Hi Michael,
Are you using some CMS? Then you can only use the template on your site that will give you the header and the footer and all the content can be formed by your CMS.
In case that is not what you need, please explain your request in more details.

no - I do not use any CMS. I would like to create a new page from skretch with nicepage and just want to add any content from the web. Right now it doesn't matter what I want to include - let's say it is a page www.example.de/blog. I want to show the header of my nicepage-site and below the header I want to include the www.example.de/blog.
Or for an other example I would like to include the content of the external page in something like a frame in the past.
How do I do this?

Probably you need to add the iframe with the desired content. The iframe code can be added using the HTML control.
