Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check Disk Space: Ensure that there is sufficient disk space available on your system for the update.

  2. Run as Administrator: Try running the NicePage updater as an administrator. Right-click on the NicePage executable and select "Run as Administrator" to see if that resolves the issue.

  3. Temporarily Disable Firewall/Antivirus: Sometimes, firewall or antivirus settings can block or interfere with the update process. Temporarily disabling them may help complete the download.

  4. Clear Temp Files: Clear the Windows temporary files. You can do this by running Disk Cleanup and selecting "Temporary files."

If the issue persists, please feel free to reach out with any additional information, and we can further investigate the problem.

Sincerely,
Ahmad.
