Ask a Question

Hello, Nicepage Team.

I just came up with this idea of website and would be very usefull to allow creation of navigation menus into any block or place in any page. Maybe they can be controlled by the names that doesn´t affect the main nav into Wordpress or something like that.

Video explanation: https://youtu.be/gGLnDWVTMA4

Thank you.

Hi Luis,

Sorry for the delay.
I think the best workaround would be the Joomla. But you're using the Personal edition. Why Joomla? Joomla allows assigning different modules to different pages. Unfortunately, WordPress does not provide such functionality. Maybe there is a third-party plugin that can do this. I suggest that you search for it.

But the other possible solution is to not use the Menu in Header for video navigation. You can create similar Blocks with buttons or hyperlinks on each page with the desired number of video links. Unfortunately the active item state, in this case, is not possible.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

The real issue is that this website I didn´t wanted to turn it into Wordpress but to be entirely Nicepage made to simplify things about adding the videos blocks, anchor navigation and at the end just export an HTML website directly by FTP... without the hazzle that Wordpress, finding the right plugin between thousands and testing functionality that it represents.

And in this case, I think it should be a matter to achive into Nicepage. It is a simple website that needs to simple navigation types of menu links.

Have a nice day.

Hi Luis,

The easiest solution for HTML websites is the one where I suggested adding the menu with video links outside the Header directly on the page. Individual Block with Buttons or Hyperlinks on each page with the video.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Hello again, Olivia! Hope you´re having a good day.

I´ve tried the option you suggested and let´s say that "It works" but now have the problem about "how to make this block sticky"? So it stays right at the bottom of the main header in every page and didn´t scroll up with the rest of the content blocks...

Thank you again for your time.

Hi Luis,

Unfortunately the Sticky option is available for the header only, you cannot make any other block sticky.
