Ask a Question

Hi, regarding to email submission through form,
seems like the email from nicepage is exposed in my customer email

The email will send your link in the footer like this

"Please review all form submissions in your account.

If you no longer want to receive our service notification to this email, click unsubscribe."

So, when my customer click on that, they will know I use nicepage.

Is there any other way to work around with this for white label?

I think you should have the option to disable submit to email for white label user on the desktop application.
or at least having an option to remove the footer message.

Hello MOHD,

Thank you for your comments, we have forwarded it to our developers team.
As for now, the Email option remains as it is without any option to customize the default email address used to send form submissions, and is not dependent on the license.
The link is closed and can be opened only by the site administrator, you as the site creator.
Alternatively, you can use another sending method. For example, PHP script. This method allows you to change the email address of a sender.

Sincerely,
Anna.

Thats what I mean

For white label reseller, we have the option to sell the theme including the editable site.
So the customer who purchase the theme, can simply edit the email and change to their email and need to verify.
The verify part can exposed nicepage website too.

Thats is why Im asking at least having an option to hide submit form to email from my customer (site admin)

Hello MOHD,

No, the Email option is for a registered user with a license. The Email is connected with the Leads of the administrator's account. Sure, you can change the email to receive the form submissions but cannot separate it from the administrator's account. The monthly form submissions counter per site is used for this type of form submission.
If you do not want your licensed email to be used, you can use another submit option. For sites created as further export to HTML, there are URL or Mailchimp options, as well as Send email with PHP script.

If you sell the theme, it shouldn't be hosted under your account, your client should use his/her own license to verify email.
Please let us know how exactly your client is verifying the email now.

Sincerely,
Anna.

I think this not happen with White Label user.
When I give the themes exported to client, the client can add the form, and edit the email in their website to theirs.
they CAN verify themselves and saw the nicepage page.

Then, they will get the email from the verified email and saw the nicepage page.
Thats what happen right now.

Hello MOHD,

Does your client use our desktop or online builder to add a form to the project file of the site created by you for email verification or is this a manual code modification for a HTML exported files of the site made with your white label?
If a user creates his account with nicepage.com to add a contact form to a ready project file he/she must buy his / her license to host a contact form or use free starter plan. The user will receive the leads connected to this new account, not yours. If the site is a CMS based site please let us know.

Anna.

Hello MOHD,

What license do you give to your client, is it a client license within Nicepage plugin editor with WordPress?
If this is a client license your client can't save the form with a new email, only edit content.
The other case you log in into the client's cms under his license and configure the form.

Anna.

yes, its a client license generate in my license page, i just added the domain name
i export the themes from desktop app, with the option "design pages and edit content" enable for my client

the other case means that there is cookies stored? I try to logout from nicepage and login to client site, but still can edit the email form.

MOHD,

No, client license is for content editing, the contact form cannot be saved under the client license, only under your main account - https://nicepage.com/doc/25536/client-licenses
If you do not want your clients to see the link to the leads you will need to save the form under the client account, not provided by you, or use another submit option.
