Hello,
I'm unsure how to explain this or what the proper names are. I have attached an image which highlights what I'm asking about. How do I change the menu items in the link to show which menu item they are using instead of the words and numbers they currently have?

This is the block ID. You can try to change the Block Anchor ID as shown in the screenshot.
