I have a domain purchased from HostPoint, inserted on your host, it tells me that the host is inserted correctly but the SSL certificate doesn't work, I contacted Hostpoint but they told me that they can't do anything and they said to contact the host so you

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

If you are using Nicepage host, it could take a day for the SSL to become active.
