the menu and the home page is not showing
please check the screenshots

1- how to make sure menu is displaying ? Menu is not showing on top of my website.

2- If i pay the monthly fee and then stop some time later, would it affect the premium features i used on the website ? For example, will they be removed or something from front end ?

Hi,

Please check that you have installed the desired menu module in the hmenu position in the Joomla module manager.

As for the premium features used on the site, if you are using the Nicepage form submission service, then the limitations for the form submits will be applied as in the starter pack. You can compare the options in the free and in the paid versions to check what you may use:
