How to rename the field of the form from reciving Email

hi

How to change the title of each field of the form, from the Email we recived is only written such as ( check box, text area..etc)
I have changed it in html input, it's still not working. When we recived a Email from customer, in our Email each field title are unclear, so we would like to make it clear for reading. like i accect the Term and condition not only agree. how to do it????

Unfortunately, if you use our service to send emails, then it is unchangeable. Alternatively, you can try the PHP Script Option or URL to set the fields as you need.

how come i dont recive the Email from the form testing, and normally how long it takes to get it? I am been waiting for long time , i got no email

Do you mean you verified in the App? do you see verified on the button in the panel to the right?

Also, you can name the fields of your contact form, replacing the names created by default, so the submission will not look like a test message.
