Two cells are left and right on desktop
On desktop the left item is at top
What setting do I change to make the right item top? - See screenshot.

You cannot change the order of the elements for one mode only.

Colin,
You cannot change the order. However, you can move elements. Also, if you want to switch cells, you can grab the cell cap to the top left and drag it to move this cell up in the mobile view.
