The reason why I do not upgrade my package with you is your lack of support and coherant communication on specisfic topics. I am directed to complete fields that I don't understand and offer no explanation as to what information I should be entering or why.
If this was an open source service, I could understand your lack of support and detailed descriptions of how I should be entering information, But it's not. I pay for this service and I expect the priority support you promise. SO PLEASE GIVE ME DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO IMPLEMENT A COOKIE BANNER THAT WORKS!!!!
