Clarify please, do you want to leave only one URL for your homepage? By default, two HTML files are created for a homepage including the index.html file. Nicepage generates this file automatically after the HTML export as it may be required for hosting services. This file helps to access a website in this way: website.com instead of website.com/home.
In your case, three URLs are generated because two of them display the titles of your pages (anasayfa and index) and one is the regular URL of your website.
To optimize the SEO of your website, you can set a canonical link to this page. To do it, go to Page Settings ==> SEO and enter the URL of the page in the Canonical field. After that, save the changes and re-publish the website.

I have added canonical url, but now a site audit in semrush warns me that there is a non-canonical url in the sitemap. This is https://drfatihcgundogan.com/anasayfa.html. I have added https://drfatihcgundogan.com/index.html as canonical url for the homepage. But now sitemap includes https://drfatihcgundogan.com/anasayfa.html and this is a non-canonical url and bad for seo. I think that .index.html should be obligatory for homepage url in nicepage. Otherwise we come across with multiple seo problems. If this is not possible, non-canonical urls should not be included in the automatic sitemap production.
