Could you please provide temporary access to your Joomla website, so we could investigate the problem onboard?
Thank you!

I managed to resolve the issue. I believe it was caused by Akeeba backup. It was the sole module that contained a file by that name. I looked at earlier versions of the theme and noted it wasn't part of any previous version. That meant it wasn't related to Nicepage at all. I downgraded my Joomla version from it's newest update from backup and the problem went away.

Great to hear that everything is fine now. Akeeba is known to cause some conflicts with other extensions.

Agreed, just like JCH Optimize does at times.
There was a system message that updates were available when I logged in and Akeeba was one of them. I always perform updates if I receive a notification in the event there are security fixes in addition to other bug fixes.
Oddly enough I used Akeeba to restore the previous weeks backup and the issue was resolved.
Have a great day Hella!
