Add image to acordion menu text.

In the text field, it is possible.
It is impossible to add an image in the title, that is written "Second Section".

I am sorry, i meant icons infront of text i am sorry.
Like for example i have a list with Bitcoin, Litecoin, and i want to ad icons infront every line.

Yeah diffrent icons in text in generell would be nice.
But in my case i have acutally a list, and each row on icons at least would be nice.
(icon) Bitcoin
(icon) Litecoin
etc..
