Hello Luca,

Some steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check Joomla Requirements: This includes checking the Joomla version compatibility, PHP version.
2. Backup Your Site: Before making any changes, it's crucial to back up your Joomla website, including the database and files. This ensures that you can restore your site to its previous state if anything goes wrong during the update process.
3. Disable the Plugin: If possible, try disabling the Nicepage plugin from the Joomla administrator area before attempting to update it. Sometimes, conflicts can arise when trying to update a plugin that is actively running on the site.
4. Manually Update the Plugin: If the automatic update process is causing issues, you can try manually updating the Nicepage plugin. To do this, download the latest version of the plugin and then install it manually through the Joomla administrator area.
5. Check for Compatibility Issues: If the fatal error persists after updating the plugin, there may be compatibility issues between the Nicepage plugin and other extensions or customizations on your Joomla site. Try disabling other plugins or templates temporarily to see if the error resolves. If it does, you can narrow down the cause of the conflict and take appropriate action.

Anna.
