2- I reiterate that based on my correspondence with the domain registrar company, I learned that in the domain panel I registered, there is no possibility to add an A-record, and the only record available is an NS record. In this situation, please advise on what to do.

Yes, you need to host a site somewhere and then apply your purchased domain to that hosted site. If you are willing to publish the site to Nicepage hosting that is included in your subscription, then please use the Publish to Nicepage option. To assign your domain name you will need to follow the instructions we have provided above. If you are having issues finding the correct settings in your domain control panel please contact your domain vendor and ask them to help you with following our instructions.
If you have your own hosting, please export the theme from the application, upload it manually to your hosting and then ask your hosting provider to help you with assigning your purchased domain name.
