Kindly elaborate more on that. What was your previous actions? What OS do you use? What Nicepage version? Do you have any firewall on your PC? Can you make a short screen recording video on which stage it’s freezing. Did you remove you projects folder?

Well im using a MacBook Pro with operatingsystem macOS Sonoma version 14..4.1 and the latest Nicepage, tried reinstalling it but nothing. The problem is that it never opens! Attached a video

it's crashed since the update, they keep saying they're working on a fix, and have been for weeks. so not sure how long it's going to take, i'm contemplating asking for my money back and going elsewhere as it's taking ages
