Dear Nicepage Users,
UPDATED: We have created the new version, supporting Mac OS Sonoma on Intel CPUs. Please download it at https://get.nicepage.com/Nicepage-6.8.3.dmg.
Please note if you have a Mac computer with an Intel processor.
The latest Sonoma update for Mac OS computers with Intel processors resulted in Nicepage launch problems. Generally, if you have an Intel processor on your Mac computer and update it to Sonoma 14.4, the Nicepage desktop application will not start.
In Nicepage 6.7, we still could not resolve the issue. Therefore, if you have a Mac computer with an Intel processor, we strongly recommend:
1) DO NOT update your Mac OS to Sonoma 14.4 and higher.
2) If you have already updated and need to continue working and have no time to wait for Apple fixes, please do the following.
2.1) Zip your projects in the "Documents/Nicepage" folder.
2.2) Upload that zip to any file-sharing service.
2.3) Create a separate private topic with the Subject "Sonoma Issue: Backup My Projects."
2.4) Submit a link to the zip to that case.
2.5) We will prepare project zips that you can import to the Online Builder and continue working there.
3) If you want to continue with the latest published version from the desktop application, please do the following.
3.1) Create a separate private case titled "Sonoma Issue: Move My Projects."
3.2) We will allow you to use the Move Online feature in the Online Editor (like in the Desktop App).
You should retain the connection to your custom domain, working contact forms, and payments.
We are for what is happening! We are working to find a resolution.
Sincerely,
Nicepage Team
