Please give me step by step instructions on what I need to do in order to add a cookie acceptance pop-up with information as to what cookies the website uses and how users can find that information and accept or decline. I also need to know where I place that information and how.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

I also need to know what information I need to place in the privacy policy and how I create the privacy policy for users to read.

As for the privacy policy, unfortunately, we do not provide a premade privacy policy page. We can only suggest finding any privacy policy template on the Internet and using its text on a Nicepage page.
