We have already purchased a domain name (www.able-thomas.com) which is working fine. However, our associated email addresses are not working (e.g. Uriel@able-thomas.com or Waitakere@able-thomas.com or James.George@able-thomas.com). How do we set-up email hosting separately to enable us receive our official emails?
How and where do we purchase email hosting services since NicePage does not offer this service.

You should be able to get email accounts from the same registrar you got your domain from.
