Only Nicepage backup Project files can be imported into Nicepage.
You might be able to recreate the site by adding blocks, and copying and pasting the images and text from outside sources.

No, you cannot directly edit an HTML template zip file downloaded from ThemeForest within the Nicepage desktop app. Nicepage is designed to work with its own project format, not raw HTML files.
Nicepage is a great tool for designing and building websites, but it does not support importing projects exported from other sources. You can import images, music, sound, videos, and even code you can write code in the editor but it will not be changeable from the editor, it will be changeable or styleable by the code itself.
