Hi, Aleksandr,
1) This type of menu is called hamburger menu. This menu is always displayed in the mobile views, and it is not possible to change it to the regular menu. To use it, simply click on these three lines, and you will see all your menu items. Please check the following article: https://nicepage.com/doc/82683/menu-off-canvas
2) As for the translation issue, could you please attach a few screenshots demonstrating this issue? Please note that all translations should be made manually.
