integrate google captcha to website

I want to purchase the license for 1year for the website. but I want to make sure i want to integrate the google captcha in the contact form will that work after adding keys to captcha. is there domain verification is required i want to google captcha to work. pls let me know about it because after purchase if google captcha is not working then it will be waste for me.

Google Recaptcha is available to add with a trial period or with any premium license.

The contact form will work with added recaptcha.
You can check first with recaptcha console first how to generate site's key -https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create
