After dealing with so many bugs that were in the early product, losing my client which was how I paid for the lifetime license, I discover that I don't have a lifetime license after all. I can't use the online thing. I can't download anything but the "starter" version.
I realize that a lifetime license is meaningless on a subscription model but I expect WORKING SOFTWARE.
I'm not rich and you are apparently dishonest since I can't download any software that's not crippled and your product was buggy. I dealt with the bugs knowing that I'd paid up early in your start. I did not expect to be left out in the cold.
I need a fully functional download, thanks.

However, we’d like to help clarify and assist right away.

If you purchased a lifetime license, you are absolutely entitled to a fully functional offline version of Nicepage Desktop app corresponding to the edition you bought (Nicepage PRO license). That license does not expire, and it is not a subscription. However, please note that lifetime licenses include updates and publishing within the version year only (January, 2024 --- February, 2025), unless the updates are renewed.

You may download and use any of the listed versions where are premium features are included from the following link

OK so ... I loaded up the desktop program and it promptly upgraded my version to 7.10.10 then it downgraded me to the starter plan. I says I can downgrade to 7.5.2 but that is not a option.
The versions you sent me only went to 7.4 with a Windows version. the 7.5 was addon's for joomla and wordpress.
PPlease advise.

Hi Sandra,

There should be a message saying that the update is ready and only after clicking OK it will install the new version.
Also check before reinstalling that the Auto-Update option is switched off under the Preferences menu.

Make sure that you are installing the version downloaded from this list.
