Page duplication

Hi,

There is such option in dashboard. Open the site and in the page preview there is an arrow in the top right corner. In the drop-down you should see the Duplicate option.

I have other wish about duplicate pages: I wish move page from website to another.

By example my page About Us is valid in some webs so I want copy the page in some websites.

In Nicepage chose topleft: Websites. Select the website from where you want to copy the page. Then on the right you see the pages. On the pages is a gray arrow ( top right). Click this arrow. Now you have different options, one of them is Duplicate. (See attached image)

In WP you can use any WP plug-in for page duplication and then use Nicepage as the editor for the duplicated page.

I have just been searching this Q&A for the exact same thing. I hope the feature is added because it would be much more efficient to store pages as templates to use in any project/site or just create a new page from a page in an existing site/project.

I'd really like to see a Page Template along side the Post and Blog Templates. It seems that when I create pages in WordPress, the page created is from the Post Template, which I don't want to use for a page.

I was wondering how to duplicate a page when I stumbled onto this topic. Your answer may have been correct before nicepage changed the way the dashboard is displayed, but now that the Blog and Post Templates and the Page are no longer displayed as they were previously, I cannot figure out how to duplicate a page. Could you please update your answer so it's relevant to the current version of nicepage (Desktop version 1.1.2).

EDIT:

I found a workaround. If you only have a one-page website design, there doesn't appear to be a way to duplicate your page. However, if you simply add a dummy new page, your project will then display a thumbnail of BOTH pages of your site; and the aforementioned "down arrow" will appear on the thumbnail image of each page. From here, you can DUPLICATE your original page, and then DELETE the dummy page that you created.

Actually the drop-down with the duplicate option is also available when you have one page in the site. Can you reproduce this issue? Maybe you could attach s screenshot of the problem where the drop-down is not available.

Duplicate page.
Sorry but I have tried in online version from wordpress page edit with nicepage and I just cannot see a duplicate or copy option

The duplicate and copy functions are available in the desktop application only, this option is not available in the plug-in.

Since duplicate page is not available on site. I've have done it on the app and exported this new page as zip which includes the json file but i am getting errors on import
Error occured: (status 200)
Can't find content.json in zip archive

( the names are different in the zip file : page.html and page.json instead of the page name i've used in the app

Hi,

The option to export the page is for the Nicepage editor only. The plugin does not support importing of the content in this format. The plugin can import the exported "Pages and Editor Plugin" archive.

The option to copy page is available in the CMS plugin:
