Slider Arrows - do I have to hide them on non-mobile using "Hide On Devices"

Hi, Kathie,
You can hide slider arrows for devices in the following way: select arrows, click on Hide on Devices, and choose devices on which you want to hide arrows.
Clarify please, is that what you need?
