Accessing nicepage template with google account

Nicepage website template is this, https://nicepage.com/website-templates , are you trying to open or download from locally, which means from your desktop app? This is your question?

Though it said successfully login, it still comes to the login page.

Are you trying to log in inside Nicepage Desktop or Online? You are using the correct credentials, it says log in is successful and then again it kicks you outside. or How?

Dear support team,

I still can't log in into the Nicepage template from Joomla.
Whenever I try to login, the page is suddently freeze or missing. (automatic closed the tab)
Could you please help me, as I need it urgently to edit my university's page.

Attached together is when I try to edit the page from the Jomla using the "edit with nicepage", and asked to login into the account.
And the login page just freeze like that.
