You should have no problem creating sites and using your own host.

I couldn't quite understand this. Can you elaborate a little more?

No, there will be no changes to the websites uploaded to the third-party hostings.

Nicepage License is a lifetime License with one year of free updates, after the year of free updates expires you have several options: renew your License with a 40% discount from the start price OR continue to use Nicepage Desktop with premium features with the last Nicepage version that was available before the year of free updates expired OR you can use Nicepage Desktop with the most recent version with Free Starter Pack.

After the year of updates expires - you still will be able to create projects and export them, and after that upload them to clients hosting.

So...if we purchase the Pro License and decide to use that last option at our one-year mark, we will lose all Premium benefits?

You can continue using that last version of the desktop app before the updates expire.
If you update after that, it will revert back to the free Starter version.

When you look at the licensing options at each level, there are two pricing schemes. There is the SUBSCRIPTION price, and the LIFETIME LICENSE price. If you buy the SUBSCRIPTION (which some people will do because it's cheaper), when the subscription expires, your site reverts to BASIC FREE SERVICE and you lose all the premium functionality. If you buy the LIFETIME LICENSE and do not renew, you keep the level of functionality you already have, but will no longer receive the ongoing updates with new features and security updates.

Log in online, and go to the above link.
It will show you the versions you can use.
Install that and log in.
Before you format your drive, make sure you export all your site Project files and copy them someplace safe so you can import them.
In addition to that, get imaging software and image your drive to an external drive in case you need to copy files you might have missed. Macrium is one I’ve used for years and can recommend.
