Plugin version in Joomla at 1.0.0. Problem with updating Joomla 4

I want to do an update on Joomla but it says that the version of the plugins must be updated first. All the version say 1.0.0
How can I correct this ?
Can I download the plugins seperately from somewhere ?
Or can I ignore this warning ?

Hi Idso,

You can ignore this version. You only need the version of the Nicepage Administrator component. If this is the latest version, you can update Joomla. All other Nicepage plugins and modules are compatible with all Joomla versions.
