Another Bub in Joomla Blog with subcategory

Hi there,
there is another bug in nicepage.

I have in my Blog a lot of subcategories:

Blog (10 articles)
-- BlogSubCategory1 (5 articles)
-- BlogSubCategory2 (10 articles)
-- BlogSubCategory3 (20 articles)

in total 45 articles.

when I create a menu link to my Blog Category, nicepage only shows articles that are in the main category (Blog - only the 10 articles that are in this main category) and does not show articles that are in the subdirectory....

I want nicepage to show all the articles that are in my Blog including ones that are in the subcategories

Can you help me to do this?

Hi Nancy,

I did not find a way how to display articles from subcategories with the standard Joomla theme. If it is not possible, then it is not possible with the Nicepage theme too.

Sorry you are wrong, in joomla it is possible.

I'm doing it already in my blog online and I used Themler as Joomla template. Now I'm moving from Themler to Nicepage so I need this function in Nicepage too.

In Joomla you create a menu item Category Blog and in the option you can specify if the articles in the subdirectory are shown or not in the Blog.

I'm doing it with my website using themler and it works perfectly but when I switch to Nicepage template, nicepage template shown only the articles in the main category and not the ones that are in the subcategories
