Yes, you can do that. Install the Nicepage plugin to your WordPress website and design the website directly in the Nicepage editor.
https://nicepage.com/doc/67475/install-wordpress-plugin

However, we would advise using the Nicepage application to design the website and then do the export and import on the WordPress website.
