Sylvie,

Please send us your screenshots, project, maybe temporary access to your website. Also, please try to describe the flow in details what you are trying to achieve.

Thank you!

Dear Support Team,
Our website (https://www.sib.swiss/) is on Google analytics and our CMS is Joomla. We use Nicepage to build webpages in a newsletter web style that we share with our employees every 3 months and we therefore like to analyze our readership rate with Google analytics. We released our first edition in May (https://www.sib.swiss/sibosome-may2019) and everything went fine with Google analytics, since the pages built with Nicepage are integrated in Joomla, we were able to track them like regular pages of our website... We even set up some triggers in Google Tag Manager that worked fine too.
We released our second edition a few days ago (https://www.sib.swiss/sibosome-september2019), which was a copy of the first edition that I edited with new content. This time however, the pages built for that edition do not show up at all in Google analytics and we do not understand why, since it worked the first time and we did not do anything different. All our other regular pages of our website still appear in Google analytics so this problem is really specific to Nicepage pages.
Do you have any idea what could cause this?
Many thanks for your help!
Best,
Sylvie

As I can see, analytics does not work on the site either. So it does not work at all so far?

Hi,

To make analytics or GTM work the corresponding code should be added to the page source. Nicepage generates this code once you add GA or GTM ID under the Site Settings >> Google.

Hi, Olivia
Unfortunately, this method does not work on Joomla! 3.9.25 (

At the same time, it works great if you export the project on PC / export / HTML

We have /
- Nicepage 3.8.1
- Joomla! 3.9.25
- PHP 7.3

Hi everyone!

While the developers are fixing the problem, I found the installation method Google Tag Manager on Joomla 3!

  1. Installed the plugin Google Analytics Joomla!
    enter link description here
  2. I wrote in the parameters of this plugin Google Tag Manager container ID. (GTM-XXXXXXX). This helped set the first piece of code to head.
  3. The second part of the code Google Tag Manager had to be done through the HTML element on the site page in the footer.

Everything worked for me.
But we are still waiting for the problem to be fixed from the developers.

Thanks to all!
