I want to disable the Hamburger Pane Button for mobile, I want the menu to look the same for the mobile version as for all the other devices

Unfortunately, it is impossible to set the desktop menu for the mobile view. The portrait mobile mode can only have the hamburger menu, but we will add your request to our wishlist.
