Ask a Question

I wish to unchain the mails that go from sending a form to the leads page, just sending to the email is enough. How do I achieve that in the form?

Hello Willem,

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable Leads. The Leads option is connected to your account, and Email as the Submit option. Link to the leads will be sent with submissions to the verified email in the contact form and you will receive notices in your Leads as site administrator.
You can delete the Leads notes one by one in your account or you can use another Submit to option with your contact forms if you do not want to receive any notices to your Leads.

Hello Willem,

You can use URL or Mailchimp if the site is published with our hosting, Send email with PHP script for sites exported to a third party hosting and Contact form7 or Joomla form if the site is created with WordPress/Joomla accordingly.
Please check more here - https://nicepage.com/doc/4216/contact-form-submission-options

THIS IS NONSENSE!

For example I bulid a website for a client, and I have NOT to know anything about their leads! But I will, as the "leads" option in forms can not be deleted!!! THIS IS AN ENORMOUS VIOLATION OF GDPR, just to mention only one!!!

YOU SHOLD ENABLE DELETION OF THE "LEADS" OPTION ASAP!!!

Hello,

As for now, the Email option remains as it is without any option to customize. The link is closed and can be opened only by the site administrator, you as the site creator.
Initially, the Email option is for a registered user with a license. Sure, you can change the email to receive the form submissions but cannot separate it from the administrator's account. The monthly form submissions counter per site is used for this type of form submission.
If you do not want your licensed email to be used, you can use another submit option. For sites created as further export to HTML, there are URL or Mailchimp options, as well as Send email with PHP script.
If you sell the theme, it shouldn't be hosted under your account, your client should use his/her own license to verify email.

Sincerely,
Anna.
