Animation on page load

Hi,
this is on scroll page NOT n page load, I would like the animation trigger will be the page load because the people are seeing a video and I want that a particular button will appear after 1 minute they are seeing the video

By the way, on the image, there is a delay and a number. Which units are? I mean 10 what? second? minutes or what?

Yes, right, however, we do no have the animation on load, only on scroll. The delay is in seconds.
