But with a free plan (e.g. 4artlovers@powermedia.ch), this error message appears after login.

The login from 4artlovers@powermedia.ch still does not work. The error 500 still appears (see attached screenshot).
Our customer 4Artlovers https://4artlovers.nicepage.io/ would like to log in and sign up for the Premium Plan.
Notice:
I can't make the support request through the 4artlovers@powermedia.ch account, so I have had to request support through our Ultimate account nicepage@dma.swiss.
