Hello

The security plugin https://hidemywpghost.com/ shows that the Nicepage plugin is allowing potential hackers to see the path /wp-admin They recommend to deactivate the installed plugins and contact the plugin author and telling them to avoid making visible the sensitive paths.

https://hidemywpghost.com/hide-wpadmin-and-wplogin-php-from-source-code/#:~:text=Another%20solution%20is%20to%20deactivate%20the%20installed%20plugins,them%20to%20avoid%20making%20visible%20the%20sensitive%20paths.

Could you please look into this? it entices hackers to do a brute force attack according to hidewywpghost.

Hello Juan,

Thanks for reaching out to us

We apologize for any concerns this may have caused. However, we want to clarify that Nicepage is not directly associated with the security plugin you mentioned, and we do not intentionally expose sensitive paths. Nicepage is a website builder that primarily focuses on design and page-building features, and it doesn't control how WordPress core functionalities work.

WordPress, which Nicepage is built to work with, does have certain core paths like /wp-admin that are essential for its functionality. These paths should not be exposed to potential hackers under normal circumstances.

It's recommended to follow the security best practices for WordPress to protect your website. These practices include using strong passwords, limiting login attempts, and using security plugins like the one you mentioned to enhance your website's security.

If you believe there's an issue specific to the integration of Nicepage with your WordPress website, we would advise reaching out to the WordPress support team or the developers of the security plugin for further guidance and troubleshooting.

Your website's security is of utmost importance, and taking necessary measures to protect it is always a wise decision.
...................................................
Sincerely,
Ahmad.
