i see one option on page that the page scroll down and one block on the right or the left it is remaining on the top sticky and not moving while scrolling the page, please develop something like that

i mean a block to be sticky on left or right of the window and while a user will scroll down the page that sticky block will remain on the place that it was set like to right or top left and the rest of the blocks will scroll down
