Ability to have the menu bar outside the header

According to other post, the menu has to be in the header.
This is my problem. I need a header with a different image background on each page and some text is different - ie the title.
This could easily done if I could have the menu bar in a normal grid.

I cant think of any alternatives like building my own menu as I use a drop-down and it would be a nightmare to try to create a solution that is responsive.

Hi Adrian,

There is indeed no possibility to use the menu control outside the Header. If you use Joomla, you can set the module positions inside the header fo the image and text and then in the Joomla admin panel set the module with the different image and text for each page. Not the easiest solution, but there is no possibility to have different headers for the pages.
