Ask a Question

Hello, on my Learn more and book a demo pages I have a form with a button. The button gets sent to my email when pressed but I also need it to pop up a confirmation that the form was received. I cannot figure out how to do that, it is not an option when trying to add under "submit to"

Lizzy, when you select the form in your editor, you should see the "Form" tab in the right-side panel. One of the options in that area is the "Settings" gear. Click on that and you will be presented with options that you can use to display the default pass/fail message to the user - but if you need something more complex, you can also direct the form to proceed to a specific URL (either off-site or a specific page on your own site) where you can be more creative with the content you display to your visitor.

Hello Petroskills,

Correctly noticed, Form>settings, the default success/error text messages are there if you select to stay on the same page after submit.
If you have this exact setting and still get no success message after submitting to be displayed, let us know your published form URL to check.

Sincerely,
Anna.
