Good day Sir/Madam,

I have tried to add an email address to a contact form on website I made with your software.

After I publish wesite, the contact form is asking me (as site administrator) to verify email, but I am not receiving email from website.

In the web builder, it tells me for "more than1" email address I need to get some licence.

Can you help me please ? As I only have 1 email address to register to site.

Hi Anna,

I believe I understand why I have this issue.
It will accept my gmail (which I used to register/activate the software on installation) only.

I want to add another email address to it, but it says I need license !

So, how do I get license to add email address to site please ?

I just want to use your software to build website.

I already have web hosting, where I send the completed website to.
So, I do not need web hosting - just the ability to add and email address to the current website I made.

I presume I need to take some package from you.
Can you advise which package I need, just to add email addresses.

Looking forward to hearing back from you !

Please send here the system message you have.

Do you need to change the email address to receive form submissions with an Email option for one site where you have already used your account email or is this another site for further export to HTML?
Using Nicepage Email as submit option equates to web hosting feature as the contact form submission process is processed by Nicepage server.

But, I want the website to accept info@steptoesyard.scot

I have only built 1 site - this is site I am taling about here.

I now understand your comment about the "hosting", due to the email going via your server.

So, will this work if I purchase the "Personal" package from you at $69 ?

Hello,

Your current site email option is already "linked" to the email vincehart17@gmail.com.
To change that, please do the following:
/choose another submit option like URL
/delete Email and Leads accordingly
/save the project file
/delete the URL option and add Email once again, verify email address if needed
/save the project and export it to HTML with your current account once again

Hi Anna,

I tried to follow the steps you layed out to me.
But, after selecting submit by URL, I don't see how I can delete Email and Leads.
When I look a Leads, it opens Chrome page, and it says there are no Leads - so, I am confused as to how to delete Email and Leads.
So, I cannot get past step 2 of your instructions you gave to me.

Can you help more please ?

Hello,

First, you add the URL:

add-url.png

After you delete the Email option:
delete-email.png

Save the project, select email again, verify the new address, and delete URL option.

Welll - I was not able to do as per your instruction.

Once URL selected, the email submit icon was not there to select delete.
Maybe this was because I was not paid subscription.
So, i went ahead and bought a personal license, to become a paid subscriber.

Then, I went back in to app, and tried your instructions again.
Same same - when selected URL submit, there was no show (or option) to delete email.

Now, I notice, message shown says, I need business license or above to have more than one email.

Hmm - I am not impressed with this restriction on email(s) availability to the website.

Oh well, never mind, I have already paid my money for one year pesonal subsctription.
Which is fine for me to use, as I can go add more pages to website now.

Hello Colin,

Please make a short screen capture video of your actions - add URL, no option to delete email, we would like to resolve your initial question about changing your email address for one form.
You can select Mailchimp or PHP, the main reason is to save the form in your project desktop without Email and after adding it once again in order to reset the settings of the contact form.

Hi Anna,

I took some photos (attached) of me going through the process you sent me.

Photo1 - when logged in !
Photo2 - when I select "Add", to add URL - you see message saying I need business license for more than 1 email,
Then, still in photo2, I select switch to URL - then save project.
Then - Photo 3 - you see it has changed to URL, but, no option to delete the email is there.

What do you think about this ?

Hello Colin,

Within your license, you cannot use several submit options, which is why after choosing only URL, and again Email you need to erase your current email address and insert a new one > press verify.
Will you receive a conformation email after to the new address?

Hi Nicepage Team,

I have the exact same problem. I must exchange my personal email with that of my client. So please give a detailed solution soon. When choosing URL then the old email cannot be erased. There just is no option for that. How can this problem be fixed?
