Hello! My question is the following. I have a wordpress site with a nicepage that is set up with a contact form to allow people to apply for certain courses. The data entered there is sent via email to a configured email account. How can I make it so that the right data is put in the right place in a google sheets spreadsheet or excel?

I mean that for example someone enters their name, email address, and phone number and it doesn't come through in an email after they fill out the form, but for example I create an excel spreadsheet where the names in the name column, the phone numbers in the phone column and the emails in the email column are automatically entered and I don't have to enter them. It is also fine if it comes via Google sheets with similar parameters.

There is another problem here. I successfully set up the spreadsheet for the form, it was created in my google drive, but after I downloaded it and tried to fill in the form, it didn't send any of the data to the spreadsheet.

You do not need to create a separate spreadsheet, it is created automatically after connecting a contact form to Google Sheets. Please make sure that you followed the instruction correctly: https://nicepage.com/doc/259344/submit-form-to-google-sheets
