Creating the "index.html" file is an automatic part of the Nicepage to HTML export process. This file essentially contains the same content as your homepage. The generation of the index file serves a specific purpose – certain hosting providers require it for website functionality. Unfortunately, we don't have the option to disable the creation of the index file, and we've also removed the ability to name pages as "index."
