Hello Niz,
Thanks for reaching out to us
Nicepage-generated pages themselves don't have an inherent caching time set by default.
However, caching can occur at different levels, including on your server, browser, and possibly through content delivery networks (CDNs). If you're experiencing issues with updated files not loading even after FTP updates and refreshing the pages, here are a few steps you can consider:
Browser Cache: Clear your browser's cache and try accessing the page again. Sometimes, browsers cache resources to speed up page loading, which can cause the old version of the page to be displayed even after updates.
Server Cache: If your web hosting has server-side caching, try clearing the cache there as well. Sometimes, server caching can cause updates not to reflect immediately.
CDN: If you're using a CDN, it might be caching your resources. Check if your CDN allows you to purge or clear the cache for specific files or URLs.
Hard Refresh: Instead of a regular refresh (F5 or Ctrl+R), try doing a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Shift+Ctrl+R). This forces the browser to reload all resources from the server.
Check FTP Upload: Ensure that your FTP upload was successful and the updated files were indeed replaced on the server.
URL Modifications: If you're using any query parameters or URLs that trigger caching (e.g., "?v=123" or something similar), try modifying them to break the cache.
If the issue persists, it could be due to specific server-side configurations or other factors. If possible, consulting your web hosting provider's support might also be helpful in identifying and resolving the caching issue.

Ahmad.
